<description>Hi Five folks – I partly agree what you shared here - a child mimics adult behavior they see. If the adult influence in their young lives is eating vegetables and whole grains and enjoying them, this increases the chance the child will also want to eat these foods - but then once they go to school this part of the equation changes then they are influenced by there school friends and have to be in the in-set and this usually is where their bad eating habits start? - Then it’s a challenge starts when they get home to get them to eat what is put in front of them it then a battle of wills – will they conform and eat the same as the family of will Mam or Dad give in and let them eat what they desire?...

All my best to you and your willpower
