		<description>Thanks for sharing Vicki...for me, I gained a lot of energy when I started eating 5 smaller meals a day and working out on a daily basis from 30-60 minutes.  Losing the little bit of extra weight changed everything for me:  proper diet, cardio, weight training, yoga works for me :).</description>
