Strengthen Your Immune System for the Winter and Beyond

Winter has arrived with all its germs and health challenges.  The common cold, sniffles, bronchitis, sore throats, the flu and other seasonal illnesses are in full force right now.  So what can you do to boost your immune system naturally so that you can stay healthier this year?
